" Throw Back Thursday "

For those of you who are on Facebook you have probably heard of "throw back Thursday." If you have not heard of this it is when people share pictures from their past... on Thursdays. Talking to my mom today about my lack of family photo examples on any of my sites prompted me to share a few I did for my own family last summer. These photos were taken in the Galena/Elizabeth Illinois area while on a family vacation. I needed to be both in the pictures and taking the pictures so I used my tri-pod and timer to get these shots.

Step 1 : instruct the others where to stand a plan a spot that I can easy slip in.

Step 2: Run for it!

Step 3: Wait for the camera to take the selected amount of shots... repeat all steps as desired and then edit.
